We’ve heard it so many times it’s a cliché in our office. Which is funny because the portal is the part of GoGo Engine our competitors mostly haven’t built yet.
Here’s why: the portal absorbs the unstructured work. Reschedules, swaps, extensions, ID uploads, payment-method updates, agreement re-signing. All the little things that aren’t fires but cumulatively eat your team’s focus.
Without a portal, every one of those is a phone call. With a portal, 60% of them are a tap. The other 40% still come through, but your team has the headspace to handle them well.
That’s the unfair advantage operators talk about. It’s not a sexy headline feature. It’s the gravity that pulls the whole experience uphill.
