Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how GoGo Engine, Inc. (“we”, “our”) collects, uses, and shares information about you when you use our websites, marketing pages, and the GoGo Engine application.

What we collect

For marketing pages and account creation: name, email, company, fleet size, and information you submit voluntarily on contact and demo forms. For the application: data that you provide as a customer of one of our customers (a “tenant”), processed under that tenant’s instructions.

How we use it

To provide and improve the Services, communicate with you, deliver requested resources, send transactional and marketing email (which you can unsubscribe from at any time), and to comply with law.

How we share it

We share information with sub-processors who help us run the Services (Vercel, Supabase, Stripe, Resend, Twilio, Cloudflare, AWS) under contractual safeguards. We do not sell or rent personal information.

Cookies & analytics

We use a small number of essential cookies for authentication and security, and optional analytics cookies for product improvement. You can decline non-essential cookies via the consent banner; doing so does not impact core functionality.

Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, port, or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Contact privacy@gogoengine.com to exercise these rights. We will respond within 30 days.

International transfers

Data may be processed in the United States. Where required, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or other approved transfer mechanisms.

Retention

We retain account information for as long as you have an account, and customer data per your tenant agreement. After deletion, residual backup copies are removed within 35 days.

Security

We protect data with TLS 1.3 in transit, AES-256 at rest, tenant-isolated row-level policies, signed webhooks, audit logs, and a documented incident response process. See /security for details.
