Quotes & Estimates

Price it today. Book it once it’s accepted.

Build a quote for a customer, an item and a set of dates. GoGo Engine prices it from the item’s own rates and emails it to the customer. When they tell you yes, your team marks it accepted and turns it into a confirmed booking.

How it works

Three steps, start to finish.

01

Priced by your rates

Pick the customer, the item, the location and the dates. GoGo Engine prices the quote on the server from the item’s rates, its multi-day and seasonal pricing, and its deposit policy. The rate shown in the form is only an estimate.

02

Emailed when you save

The customer gets the quote by email: the quote number, the rental dates, the price, the security deposit when the item has one, your notes, and the date the quote expires.

03

Accepted and converted by your team

When the customer tells you yes, by reply or by phone, your team marks the quote accepted and converts it. GoGo Engine checks the item is still free for those dates, then creates a confirmed booking with payment still to collect.

Capabilities

The details your team works with.

Numbered quotes

Every quote gets its own number, Q-00001 and up, so your team and the customer are talking about the same one.

A validity date you choose

Set how many days a quote stays open. Seven is the default, and the date is printed on the email.

Follow-ups in view

Tabs for draft, sent and accepted quotes show what still needs a nudge and what is ready to book.

First-time callers

Create the customer record from inside the quote form, without leaving the quote.

Location rules carry over

Quotes follow the location you are working in, and staff limited to one location can only quote from it.

Bookings that remember

A converted booking records that it came from a quote and carries the quote number.
