Acceptable Use Policy

We aim to provide a safe and reliable service for all our customers. This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) describes activities prohibited on the GoGo Engine platform.

Prohibited activities

You may not use the Services to: (a) violate any law or third-party right; (b) send unsolicited or misleading messages; (c) host or distribute malicious code; (d) attempt to access other tenants’ data; (e) probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any system without our written authorization; (f) interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services; (g) collect personal information from individuals without their consent.

Communications

Any email or SMS sent through the Services must comply with CAN-SPAM, TCPA, and applicable jurisdictional requirements. You must include opt-out controls and honor opt-outs in real time.

Reporting

Report abuse, vulnerabilities, or AUP violations to abuse@gogoengine.com. For security disclosures see security.txt.

Enforcement

We may investigate violations and take action, including suspending or terminating accounts. We will notify you when feasible, but reserve the right to act immediately when needed to protect the Services.
