Maintenance

Service on schedule, nothing booked while it’s in the shop.

Set recurring service schedules for each item, log the work with its cost, and block dates or switch an item to maintenance so customers cannot book it until it is ready.

How it works

Three steps, start to finish.

01

Schedule it

Create a recurring service schedule for an item, counted in days. Schedules that are due soon or overdue are flagged.

02

Log the work

Record scheduled, unscheduled or repair work with a description, the cost and who did it. Logging puts the item back to available and moves its schedule forward.

03

Keep it off the books

Block a date range on the item or set it to maintenance, and bookings that overlap are refused.

Capabilities

The details your team works with.

Overdue at a glance

Overdue and due-soon badges and banners show what needs service first.

Service history with costs

A history tab keeps every logged job, its type, description and cost.

Blocks on the calendar

Maintenance blocks appear on the item’s availability calendar next to its bookings.

Several at once

Send several items to maintenance in one step from the inventory list.

Poor returns go straight in

A unit rated poor at check-in goes to maintenance and stops counting as available.

Bookings at risk flagged

The Needs Attention queue flags bookings on items that are in maintenance.
