Inventory Management

Know what you own and when it can go out.

Set up each rental item with its photos, rates and rules, then track the individual units behind it. Units in maintenance or retired come off the bookable count, so availability matches what you actually have.

How it works

Three steps, start to finish.

01

Describe the item

Name, SKU, category, descriptions, photos and specs, and whether it is public, private or a draft. Each item belongs to one location.

02

Price it and set the rules

Daily, hourly, nightly, fixed or time-slot rates, multi-day tiers, seasonal pricing, a weekend surcharge and per-person pricing. Add a deposit, rental length limits, lead time, buffer hours and blackout dates.

03

Track every unit

Add the units behind an item with a serial number, VIN, plate or asset tag and their condition. Staff assign units at check-out, and at check-in each one goes back to available or to maintenance.

Capabilities

The details your team works with.

Availability you can see

Each item shows three months of bookings, blackout dates and maintenance blocks on one calendar.

Maintenance stops bookings

An item in maintenance cannot be booked, and units in maintenance or retired lower the count customers can book.

Bulk changes and export

Activate, send to maintenance, retire or delete several items at once, and export the list to CSV.

Categories and add-ons

Group items into categories and offer add-ons on specific items or whole categories.

Templates and duplicates

Duplicate an item or save it as a template to set up the next one faster.

Find any item

Search by name or SKU, and filter by category, location and status.
