Waitlist

Keep the customer you couldn’t fit.

When the dates someone wants are booked out, your team adds them to the waitlist for the item or category, the dates and the location. When a unit frees up, one click tells them by email, and by text if they have opted in.

How it works

Three steps, start to finish.

01

Take the request

Add the customer, the item or the whole category, the dates they want and any notes. Choose a location, or leave it open to any location.

02

Work the list in order

Entries are listed oldest first and follow the location you are working in, so the first person who asked is the first one you see.

03

Tell them in one click

Notify sends the waitlist email, plus a text when the customer has opted in to SMS. The entry is marked notified, so the team knows who has already heard.

Capabilities

The details your team works with.

A unit or a category

Wait for one specific unit, or for anything in a category when any boat or any trailer will do.

The dates they asked for

Each entry keeps the date range the customer wants, next to their name and notes.

Clear outcomes

Mark an entry booked or cancelled once you know, so the list only shows people still waiting.

Texts only with consent

SMS goes out only to customers who opted in and have a phone number on file. Everyone else gets the email.

Your call on the message

The waitlist email is its own notification type, which you can switch on or off in notification settings.

Location-aware access

Staff can only add entries for the locations they are allowed to work.
