Sign in
They sign in with a password, or with Sign in with Google matched to the invited email address. Forgot-password resets are built in.
Sign them out
Admins can sign a staff member out of every session, and the change is written to the audit log.

Customers sign in separately
Customers use the customer portal with their own email and password, and get links to view, pay for and sign for a booking without logging in.
Access changes are logged
Role changes, permission profiles, overrides and temporary access are recorded in the audit log.
Not available today
Microsoft, Okta, SAML, OIDC or SCIM single sign-on, staff two-factor sign-in and enforced Google Workspace domains are not available.
